                               TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALES

1. Grading - The value of a coin is highly dependent upon the condition or grade of that coin. Grades and descriptions of rare
coins are opinions, not statements of fact or guarantees. Grades are based on standards and interpretations that can and
do change over time. Since grading is a subjective process, there is risk in acquiring coins whose grades have not been
independently certified by one of the leading independent coin grading services. Rare Coin House uses grading standards
and interpretations to grade coins. It relies upon the opinions or independent grading services such as the Professional
Coin Grading Service (PCGS) and the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC). These two grading services guarantee the
grade and certify authenticity while being recognized by the coin industry for their expertise. The Rare Coin House.com
cannot be responsible for any of the services' guarantees or for subsequent changes in their policies and expressly
disclaims any express or implied warranties associated with the grades assigned by PCGS and NGC.

2. Authenticity - Forgery and counterfeiting are risks associated with the purchase of rare coins and precious metals. To
minimize these risks, it is recommended that investors only buy coins certified by one of the leading independent coin
grading services. Rare coin House sells coins that have been graded by PCGS or NGC. These services are recognized in
coin industry for their expertise and authentication. Rare coin house does not grade or provide independent authentication.

3. Returns - You may return any rare coins you order from us, in their original holders, within 5 days of receipt for a full refund,
unless you are otherwise notified at the time of the sale. Carefully inspect your coins during this period. If you are displeased
with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, you may return your coins to receive a refund or exchange. You must return
your rare coin order to Rare Coin House, registered and insured via the U.S. Postal Service, in the same condition when
shipped, within 5-days of receipt.

4. Investment Potential - During the period where relatively accurate statistics have been maintained, many rare coins have
shown an excellent record as appreciating assets. Rare Coins are believed to be an excellent long-term investment, but the
future is never certain. The past performance of coins is a guide, not a prediction, of future events. Many coins are also
bought, sold, and traded by the collector community without regard to investment potential.

5. Volatility - The coin market is subject to substantial fluctuations including significant and rapid increases and decreases
in value from time to time. Investors must be able to assume the risk of such price fluctuations. For that reason, rare coins
are not a suitable investment for everyone.

6. Economic Forces - The success of an investment in rare coins is dependent, at least in part, upon extrinsic economic
forces including supply, demand, international monetary conditions and inflation or the expectation of inflation. The impact of
these forces on the value of coins cannot be predicted with any certainty. No assurance can be given that an investor will be
able to sell his or her coins at a price greater than or equal to their acquisition cost. Rare coins are not suitable investments
for investors seeking current income.

7. Unregulated State of the Rare Coin Market - The coin market is not subject to some of the forms of governmental
regulation applicable to other forms of investment. There are no restrictions or regulations on the sale, purchase, or
ownership of rare coins. This fact provides certain tax and privacy advantages. Consequentially, there is no guarantee that, in
the future, these benefits will not be restricted or totally removed by government regulation. There is no guarantee that the
existing electronic coin exchange, which has brought certain benefits to the rare coin market, may not limit or suspend its
operations, which could be disruptive to the rare coin market.

8. Arbitration -  Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to transactions between you and The Rare Coin
House.com shall be settled by arbitration conducted in Georgia. Judgment upon the award rendered by the Arbitrator may be
entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
